Job Description
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate travel insurance policies based on their needs and travel plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries related to travel insurance coverage, exclusions, and policy details.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, claims, and policy changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Provide feedback on product improvements and new insurance offerings. 7. Manage the claims process by collecting necessary documentation, assessing claims, and coordinating with underwriters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in travels space.
- Strong knowledge of travel insurance products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology
