Job Description

  • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts/existing ones
  • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking
  • meeting and exceeding the budget.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters and professional qualification can be an added advantage
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  4. In-depth understanding of insurance marketing principles, trends and best practices
  5. Customer- centric mindset and focus on delivering exceptional customer experience
  6. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
