Job Description

• Develop and administer agricultural insurance policies, including crop, livestock, and farm equipment coverage.
• Assist clients in selecting suitable insurance products based on their specific agricultural needs.
• Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the unique needs of agricultural clients.
• Analyze data related to weather patterns, soil conditions, and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Manage the claims process by collecting necessary documentation, evaluating claims, and coordinating with underwriters.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on claims status and assist in resolving any issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to agricultural insurance products and policy details.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings in agricultural insurance.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2. Previous experience in insurance, agriculture, or risk management.
3. Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and insurance products.
