Travel Insurance Manager

Job Description

  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate travel insurance policies based on their needs and travel plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries related to travel insurance coverage, exclusions, and policy details.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, claims, and policy changes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide feedback on product improvements and new insurance offerings. 7. Manage the claims process by collecting necessary documentation, assessing claims, and coordinating with underwriters

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Previous experience in travels space.
  3. Strong knowledge of travel insurance products and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in relevant software and technology
